In the content creation world, Jamie Oliver has been consistently serving up fresh, high high-quality video outputs – setting a new industry standard. In a bid to uncover the structure of their digital video-content strategy, we spoke to Richard Herd, who is the group’s Head of Video. Richard’s mammoth role is to produce and maintain all video branded content that the group produce on a weekly basis. Richard oversees the turnaround of 50 new pieces of content (image and video) across the group’s social channels per week, including 2 weekly instalments to their Food Tube channel.
