How we collect your personal information

To fulfil your request, depending on our relationship with you, we may need to ask you for proof of identity. We’ll handle any requests as soon as possible, at least within one calendar month.

How we keep your personal information secure

As a condition of employment, the Hub team are required to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws. Access to sensitive information is limited to those employees who need it to perform their roles. Unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential client information by a Hub employee is prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures.
